We are a Trader, Manufacturer & Supplier of all kinds of knit, woven, leather and accessories products in Bangladesh. We have a very strong base of factories for knit and woven items. Our factories are well reputed and with proper compliance. Presently our yearly turnover is 55 million US Dollars. We have our factories and also 20 associated factories specialized in knit, woven, and sweater, which are fully compliant and well reputed.

WHAT WE DO

We do all of the work for you – we handle the entire end–to–end sourcing, samples, and production management for your clothing and accessories collections. We are exporting almost all over the world. We are exceeding our customers’ expectations. We produce different types of clothes. We work in ethical-verified custom clothing manufacturing. Our main aim is to consistently produce top-quality clothing. We are an exported-oriented custom clothing manufacturing company that focuses on ethical manufacturing principles. We could provide different kinds of products.

We are working with a selective customer base and have been working with them for a minimum of 10 years and we continue. We have earned our client’s confidence with our hard work, service, and loyalty. Our client relationships continue to grow. We have strong connections with our clients as we have been cooperating with most of them since the beginning of our business. To give service to our clients globally, we have set up our offices in different locations around the world:

  • In UAE (Sharjah) we have our office to make better communication with the clients whom we have in the Far East
  • From our China office, we do mainly sourcing for special trims and fabrics
  • Now we have an office in Poland from where we are taking care of the communication with European buyers and the production team in Dhaka
  • Our Dhaka team, handle production and assure the following service to all our clients

As this is the key point of the garment business we do have a very experienced and professional team for development. We provide samples in a very short time and with the best possible quality. We take every inquiry as a potential order and are always very quick with samples and pricing. We advise our propositions to make both sides satisfied. We also share with our clients updates about new qualities, technology, styles, etc. We would like to develop our relationship.

MERCHANDISING TEAM MERCHANDISING TEAM

As per buyer and the buyer’s product group wise we organize our merchandising team and communicate daily with our clients. We control the quality and delivery time of each order. We pay special attiention to making our clients satisfied.

QUALITY TEAM

In each factory we have 2 to 3 QA personnel, depending on the factory and order size. They start work while the factory is open and come out when the factory is closed. They work with the factory production team very closely so that we can maintain the quality in the same way as we committied to our buyer from the sampling stage.

TECHNOLOGISTS

Garment technologists in our office care about the fitting, quality, and workmanship in accordance with the wishes of our clients. They also attend each pre-production meeting, visit factories during the production and closely work with the factory IE team for the committed efficiency and quality of each product.

TESTING LAB

During the quality control process. we check for a variety of criteria. Selected pieces must pass the checklist otherwise it is sent back for review. The production team checks the quality of fabric performance, stitching, embroidery, dyeing, printing, material applications, labels, hangtags quality, and measurement of garments. Also, we have our own lab in our office and the following machines:

  • Button & zipper pull test machine working
  • Weight (gsm) measure machine
  • Washing test machines
  • Cloth crocking machine
